If you have more than one admin user linked to your account then you can follow the instructions below. If not then please contact us and we will help you update your account details.
If there is more than one admin user within your organisation they can help you amend your email. They will be able to update this from the ‘User’ field located in the ‘Administration’ section from the left-hand navigation.
If you have also forgotten your password then after updating your new email address go to the log in screen and click on the forgotten password link. You will now be able to follow the instructions and set up a new password.
